
Residence Hall Rooms & Furniture
We are so excited you're living on campus at »¨¼¾´«Ã½!
Our residence halls are grouped into neighborhood-style Greens: East Green, West Green, and South Green. Browse each neighborhood to get a glimpse inside the halls and see what makes each one unique. We’ve also listed the furniture included in your room so you can plan what to bring and what to leave at home.
Common Furniture Across All Halls
- Mattresses: 80"L × 36"W × 7.5"D (extra-long twin)
- Beds: Usually 84.5"L × 38.25"W with 81"L × 35.5"W spring frame. Beds are often bunkable or loftable, unless noted.
- Desks: Most 42"L × 24"W × 30"H; some renovated halls and mod buildings feature 48"L desks with shelves.
- Chairs: One per resident.
- Window Coverings: Pull shades provided. Students may bring tension rods and curtains (not provided).

Furniture
- Standard Rooms: Built-in cabinetry (6 drawers, 2-door closet + overhead storage per person).
- Triples: Cabinetry for 2; 3rd resident has a wardrobe (38"L × 24"W × 60.5"H) + chest of drawers. Third bed is a University loft; other beds are bunked.
- Washington Hall (4th floor select rooms): Built-ins removed for more layout flexibility.
- Renovated Halls (Biddle, Bush, Johnson, Read, Lincoln, Jefferson, Shively):
- Desks: 48"L × 24"W × 30"H
- Captain’s style beds (bunkable & loftable)
- Storage: Either built-in or movable 2-drawer chest (2'×2'×2')
- Closets: Built-in or 2-door with 3 drawers underneath (6’6"H × 2’6"W)
- Room sinks in all except Jefferson

- Standard Rooms: Built-in cabinetry, 42"L desks, bunkable beds (Similar to East Green Standard)
- Triples: Same as East triples (cabinetry for 2, wardrobe + drawers for 3rd, University loft bed).
- Convocation Center (Quads):
- 2 sets of bunk beds (un-bunkable/loftable)
- Closets: 6’6"H × 3’W (bolted to wall)
- Desks: 42"L (movable)
- Windows: mini blinds (no curtain rods)
- Bromley Hall Suites:
- Ceiling height: 8'
- Bunk beds with 15"H under-bed clearance
- Built-in desks on window wall (30"L or 60"L, both 19"W × 45"H, 10 drawers)
- Wardrobes bolted to wall with storage cubes/drawers
- Double rooms share bathrooms; triples may share or have private
- Shower curtains: 37"
