Meet Elizabeth Guarino, Associate Director of Career Management and Engagement for OHIO Online

Elizabeth Guarino brings extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition to her role with OHIO Online Career Services. She earned her master’s degree in Higher Education with an emphasis in career counseling and management. Her former roles include Chief People Officer for Raising Canes of Ohio and owner/operator of a 15-year consulting practice in the Human Capital Management space. Elizabeth offers practical real-world guidance for career success at all levels of an organization. She is passionate about cultivating joy at work that aligns with, and impacts, bottom line business results.
