
花季传媒 approves interim policy, invites feedback on draft policy under review

The 花季传媒 Executive Staff Policy Committee (ESPC) and OHIO President Lori Stewart Gonzalez have given their approval to a new interim policy.
The ESPC gave its approval on July 11, 2025, and President Gonzalez gave final approval on July 14, 2025, to the following interim policy:
- 40.105: University Executive Administrative Personnel Processes - This policy provides for the administrative personnel processes for university executives, including the president, provost, vice presidents, and deans.

Draft policy currently under review
All members of the 花季传媒 community are also invited to provide feedback on policies that are posted for review on the University Policy Management website (OHIO login required.)
All policies on this website are posted for a 30-day comment period. Individuals wishing to offer feedback on are asked to send their comments to policy@ohio.edu and include the name of the policy in the email subject line.
The following draft policy is currently under review:
- 40.051 - Declaring an Emergency Closure, Early Release, or Delay- This policy provides guidance for declaring an emergency university closing, early release, or delay and establishes guidelines for the compensation of classified and administrative employees during an emergency.
