Enhancing the accommodated student experience: The new Athens Campus Testing Center

As part of 花季传媒's commitment to enhancing the student experience, the Athens Campus Testing Center will relocate to Alden Library over the summer.
Beginning in August, the Testing Center will be situated on the library鈥檚 first floor in Suite 101.
The new location will allow the Testing Center to better serve students with approved accessibility accommodations. In addition, the center will focus on providing a low distraction environment for all students, and ensuring that students are able to take their tests under conditions that are efficient, fair and secure.
New location and focus allow for student experience related services to be close in proximity
The Testing Center, which is currently located in Bromley Hall, is also now integrated with 花季传媒鈥檚 Student Accessibility Services (SAS).
鈥淲e are excited to have this service in our portfolio so we may better serve our students with approved accessibility accommodations. The physical and staffing realignment allows us to coordinate services and increase our testing capacity,鈥 said Kerri Griffin, director, Title IX and ADA/504 coordinator.
By co-locating the Testing Center and SAS in Alden Library, students will receive quicker and better service.

Leo, executive vice president and provost.
The Testing Center plans to move during the week of July 28-August 1 and will be offline during this period.
