UCM expands flexibility for business cards and letterhead, offers stationery for pick up at the Marketing Services Center

University Communications and Marketing (UCM) has expanded options for business cards, letterhead and other business stationery and is now offering standard letterhead and branded cards for pick up at no cost at the Marketing Services Center in Grosvenor Hall.

The expanded design options allow flexibility in length of content and sub-brand expression while staying anchored in the OHIO brand. Faculty and staff can find guidelines and order business cards or stationery through the UCM website.

One-sided business card options

OHIO鈥檚 one-sided standard business card format includes the required block OHIO word mark on the front with minimum of name, title, office phone and email. Individuals may also include college or division and/or department or unit name, multiple titles, campus address, a mobile phone number and an appropriate ohio.edu web address if desired. 

Two-sided business card options

OHIO鈥檚 two-sided business card options offer the standard features of the one-sided card option as well as flexible space on the back for additional information or sub-brand expression. Employees may also include further personal information and/or URLs if desired. 

OHIO employees are able to order both and options online. The Marketing Services Center is also available to assist those who would prefer to order business cards in person.

Order customizable letterhead

Similar to OHIO business cards, the 花季传媒 letterhead must include the block OHIO as well as a footer containing appropriate contact information. Beyond these simple guidelines, units have the flexibility to add a college or division name along with a unit or department adjacent to the logo. Regional campuses may include the campus name and/or additional division or department names.

Pick up pre-printed standard letterhead

Pre-printed standard University letterhead and standard business envelopes are available on demand, and at no cost, at the Marketing Services Center in packs of 25 or less, allowing faculty and staff to easily access letterhead when they don鈥檛 need large quantities.

Branded OHIO Cards

Blank OHIO-branded cards and branded 鈥淭hank You鈥� cards are also now available in small quantities for pick up from the Marketing Services Center. The MSC can also assist in creating special card designs for your particular unit as needed.
