Primary Care at Heritage Community Clinic and Mobile Health Clinic

The Heritage Community Clinic offers free primary care to qualifying adults ages 18-64 in southeast Ohio counties. Referrals are provided to other health care providers as needed, as well as assistance in obtaining medications, supplies, and food assistance for qualifying patients. The Heritage Community Clinic is located on the campus of »¨¼¾´«Ã½ in Grosvenor Hall West. We also offer primary care on our mobile health units in Athens and surrounding counties. The clinics are staffed by a certified nurse practitioner and a registered nurse. We offer a limited number of walk-in appointments during our mobile primary care clinics; however, it is always advised that you call ahead!
