Suzanne Cromlish

Assistant Professor of Instruction
Dr. Suzanne Cromlish serves as an Assistant Professor of Instruction at 花季传媒, supporting the Lancaster, Chillicothe, and Southern campuses. With over 25 years of executive leadership and management experience in the corporate healthcare arena, Dr. Cromlish combines real-world expertise with academic rigor to prepare students for dynamic careers in healthcare management.
She holds a Ph.D. in Management, Designing Sustainable Systems from Case Western Reserve University. Prior to joining 花季传媒 in 2020, Dr. Cromlish was an Assistant Professor of Management at Saint Xavier University in Chicago, where she also directed High School Outreach Programs. She created and taught a successful dual enrollment Introduction to Business course for area high schools, boosting university enrollment and revenue.
Dr. Cromlish鈥檚 leadership experience includes serving as CEO/Administrator of a $15 million skilled nursing facility and a $5 million assisted living campus, maintaining her professional licensure through continuing education. Alongside her husband, David, she co-developed and taught nationwide 鈥淥fficer Safety Hand Signals鈥 Train-the-Trainer courses for law enforcement agencies.
A committed volunteer, Dr. Cromlish has provided sign language interpretation for ten U.S. Presidents and Vice Presidents, including Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and others. She actively participates in professional organizations such as The National Center for Employee Ownership, The ESOP Association, Ohio Employee Ownership Center, and The Private Directors Association.
Outside academia, Suzanne and her husband enjoy daily devotionals, documentaries, non-fiction reading, piano lessons on their Kawai Digital Grand Piano, golfing, tandem cycling, and driving their decorated Mini Cooper. Known affectionately as 鈥淭he Chirpy鈥檚,鈥 they embrace a mission to spread joy and positivity. Dr. Cromlish is proud to be part of the 花季传媒 team and excited to contribute to the success of the Bobcats community.
