You are invited to join us on the beautiful campus of 花季传媒 in Athens, Ohio, for an inspiring music making event with the choral faculty and students in the School of Music.

Application and Audition Information for Honor Choir Participants:

Registration: $75 per student
Registration Deadline: November 14, 2025

Repertoire is as follows: (to be purchased ahead of time)

Lodging and Transportation

Choir directors/Parents will again be responsible for making housing and transportation arrangements for this year鈥檚 event. Please see the list of area hotels below.  Most of them offer a discounted rate for Honor Choir participants.

Registration: 9:00-9:30 AM
Rehearsal (FUMC Athens): 9:30-11:30 AM
Lunch: 11:30-1:00 PM (Provided at Nelson Dining Hall)
Rehearsal (FUMC): 1:00-3:00 PM
Voice Division Recital: 3:00-4:00 PM
Rehearsal (FUMC): 4:00-5:30 PM
Dinner (Provided at Nelson Dining Hall) - Hotel Check-in: 5:30-7:30 PM
Choral Union/University Singers Concert (FUMC): 8:00 PM (Free to public)

Saturday the 6th

Rehearsal (FUMC): 8:30-11:00 AM
Lunch: 11:00 AM-12:00 PM (Provided at Nelson Dining Hall)
Rehearsal (FUMC): 12:00-1:00 PM
Change into performance attire (Glidden Hall 4th Floor):1:00-1:30 PM
Honor Choir Concert with Bella Voce and Singing Men of Ohio: 2:30-4:00 PM (FUMC)
