EBIZ: Configuring Java Exception Site List

This document explains how to configure your Java settings to access Oracle E-Business Suite (EBIZ) forms. 

If you have not yet added the EBIZ link to your exceptions site list, you will receive the error below

To add EBIZ as an allowable site in Java, follow the steps below:

1. In the windows search box on your task bar, type Configure Java, then press Enter

2. Click on the Security Tab

3. In the Exceptions Site List box, please make sure you have listed. If you do not, click on the Edit Site List button and continue with the remaining steps listed below.

4. Click the Add button

5. A new row will appear at the bottom of the white box above the Add button, click on that new row.

6. In the new row, enter the following link: , then press OK (press OK on all remaining windows until closed)

7. Close any browser windows that you may have open. Make sure you are connected to the VPN or VDI if not connected to an OHIO network, and then relaunch Oracle EBIZ.
8. After logging in, you may see the window shown in the screenshot below. Check the box next to 鈥�I accept the risk and want to run this application鈥�, and then press the Run button. The Oracle EBIZ form should then open.
