BobcatBUY Release 25.2 Enhancements Coming July 14, 2025

We are pleased to announce several user experience and interface enhancements to BobcatBUY that will go live on Monday, July 14, 2025. These updates aim to improve clarity, navigation, and workflow efficiency across multiple document types and functions.
Updated Approval Action Labels
To provide greater clarity and consistency across the system, the following changes have been made to approval action labels:
- 鈥淎ssign to Myself鈥 has been renamed to 鈥淎ssign & Further Actions鈥 to indicate that users can take additional actions beyond assigning a document to themselves.
- 鈥淎pprove & Show Next鈥 is now labeled 鈥淎pprove/Complete & Show Next.鈥
These updates apply to Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Payment Request Forms.
ERP Validation Message Enhancements
The visibility and placement of ERP validation messages have been improved for a more intuitive experience:
ERP validation messages are now located on the left side of the page, directly under the tab headings (previously located on the right under the cart icon).
Any validation errors previously found under the History tab have been moved to the Summary tab, making them easier to locate and address.
Homepage User Interface (UI) Updates
A few minor adjustments have been made to the homepage layout:
- The 鈥淕o to:鈥 links have been repositioned to the left side above the Shopping Search area for better visibility and accessibility.
